Seems the filter not working. I setup some filters based on my requirement but i never get notifications according to that. If you don’t have according to filter then don’t send notifications unnecessarily.

I wish this app had the ability to filter OUT adult community listings. It’s annoying to search and feel you’ve found something and it turns out to be 55+ community.

Extremely frustrating. You have an option to filter out 55+ communities, but all of the 55+ communities are listed as “Adult Community” instead of 55+ so they still show up. Give us the ability to hide adult communities. So many users are complaining about this, and it should be a simple fix of just adding adult community to a table. I will revise my rating when this is fixed.

App is extremely dysfunctional, needs to be fixed. Renter messages will not load, crashes, photos wont load, difficult to navigate

Zillow is soooo far behind. Doesn’t get the Zestimates updated in a timely manner. Zillow is currently 9 months behind and still has no clue when they will get the tax assessor estimates for Douglas County, NE which raised a majority of valuations for property taxes by 60%+. Yet Zillow is still posting the Zestimate based on an algorithm using data that’s extremely out of date from almost a year ago for the current market. Neither the app nor the website allows you to turn off/suppress the Zestimate and Zillow just gives rhetoric about how the Zestimate is merely a starting point to get buyers started. Total bull, what it is, is a way to undermine the sellers ability to sell their house near current market value, because buyers come in after seeing the erroneous Zestimates and think the houses priced at current market are way overpriced when they are listed significantly above the out of date Zestimates. Homeowners should have the right to display or suppress Zestimates at will on the app. Also Zillow took away the ability to correct errors about one’s home, so if you’ve made improvements, additions, new roof, etc, forget about having that included, as the Zestimate will lowball you on that too. Zillow is now going to rely on only what the home previously sold for and updates from the tax assessor, so if you’re lucky enough to fly under the tax assessors radar for several years or have owned your home for decades or bought it new with no sales data updates, you’re one of the ones likely to be hosed by Zillow. Doubly hosed, when they also don’t bother to keep the assessor info current. Douglas County, NE has had their assessments out for both 2023 & 2024 since around August of 2023, yet it’s almost May 1st and Zillow is still calculating from 2022! Shame on Zillow! Other real estate apps are up to date, Zillow is the most used app for buying and selling, yet Zillow fails to keep up in a timely manner with lesser apps. Also can no longer edit or add pictures for you’re home and cannot use the feature to get a private estimate of value. So fix the app to allow homeowners to turn Zestimate on and off. Fix the app so we can get a private estimate of home value. Fix the app so we can add, delete or reorder pictures regardless of whether house is listed or not. AND MOST ANNOYING OF ALL, FIX THE APP SO THAT WHEN SEARCHING FOR HOMES, ALL HOMES FOR SALE ARE DISPLAYED SIMULTANEOUSLY, INSTEAD OF HAVING TO HUNT SEPARATELY FOR HOMES THAT AREN’T LISTED BY AN AGENT. NOTE TO ZILLOW: if you’re becoming financially strapped with the upcoming changes from NAR in July, consider becoming a source for FSBO’s to list on the MLS for a flat fee directly through Zillow.

Hard to use on my iPhone. I cannot see incoming messages from potential landlords. This has made my rental search a living nightmare. I’ve missed out on tons of properties. I’ve been searching for a month now. Now I’m down to 30 days to find a home before my lease expires! Thanks Zillow 😭

The app does not allow for changes when the listing is incorrectly categorized

We had a realtor come into our home just recently and gave us and evaluation. It was MUCH HIGHER than you folks had anticipated online. How can you give appraisal on someone home that you NEVER EVEN SEEN? Our estimate was valued as it was CUSTOM BUILT. Workmanship is impeccable. They appraised our house for with 2 acres $625,500. When we sale in a couple of years, we will go with this Realtor! It’s kinda sad you give an appraisal online so low detouring buyers to go through another Realtor.

Most annoying is the “lot lines” don’t appear for most homes. No point in having the feature. Fix your app. Oh and the “rate this app” is a dead link in the app. Convenient.

What’s the point of putting up houses for sale if when you try to make an appointment to see them but no one answers you.
