even if you use the app to order, they’re going to mess it up, and it’s gonna take you a long time to get your food, might as well order in person. Also, you can’t get your money back from the restaurant after they screwed up if you use the app to order. seems like a scam.

You guys need to get an app that I can log in with an email and password like everyone else. This thing with clicking a link in my email almost never works! I get an error almost every time. Why is it such a process just to log in to my account? It the very basic thing and this thing cant even do that right. Im taking my business elsewhere. Every other fast food restaurant allows me to access my account and place an order without “something going wrong”

Ordering is easy on the app but i signed up to get the free food rewards and anything i ordered wasn't eligible. I understand not ordering items with online deals but even when I ordered a full priced item, still was eligible? Rewards program with no rewards!!!????

I know its a fast food app, but when it comes to my dinner… im very disappointed about this app! Someone hacked my account and changed the address to theirs and stole my food!! My dinner! Something i really needed while im at work. Im glad the cashier was very polite and honest about someone picking up my order and apologizing for not verifying it was me. But if someone can get on my account and change the status from DELIVERY TO PICK UP…. I say this app needs to improve their security!!!!!

your update is making it virtually impossible for me to order from the app because I cannot enter my password. I've checked my junk mail. I've never changed my email or password. It does not send me a passcode on my email. I've tried numerous times I've updated closed and reopened, guess I'll go to Burger King

Ever since they changed the app to just email I never get to claim my rewards. Not going to eat Taco Bell anymore, I’m so annoyed of this app.

I may actually use this revamped online. Hated the previous because after attempting to a couple of times it just wasn’t worth the bother.

I love taco bell, and when I found the app my life changed. I love the rewards you can get, but I hate there are only two tiers which are fire and hot. I wish it matched with all the sauces (mild, hot, fire, diablo). You’d get more rewards and It would definitely be a good way to get people to order more off the app. It’s an easy process and I really don’t have any other complaints, except the new menu look. I think it took away from the app, but that’s okay and not really an issue.

The app doesn’t let me check out, it keeps telling me uh-oh there’s a problem. Even after I updated app.

I got a story to tell y’all once upon a time there was a young boy who want to go to Taco Bell get some nachos and get dragon fruit for his slushy but one time the people said oh we don’t have dragon fruit, even though it’s not so on place I mean come on if you’re gonna be Taco Bell at least show that the thing is sell out like who are you people first of all I’ve been seeing this thing all over you too short saying that it’s been a really poopy place there and stuff, but I’m starting to believe that Taco Bell‘s not doing the right thing I mean come on man you have once job only to just give me dragon fruit and you say you didn’t have it even though it was on the thing like come on people, we all know this this is my review. Please take notice you had one simple job. and also, you forget the most easiest little thing that everybody else can do the sauce and you forget.
