    Four times this past month no dasher was assigned to my order until after the delivery window ended. Three of those times no driver was ever assigned. Customer service will stall long enough ignoring your requests for a refund to keep your money. If you have any sort of health issue that requires you to eat on time, do not use them. Use Grubhub. It’s a year later and I’m using DoorDash again because it was free with my credit card. Somehow it’s gotten worse.

    Sometimes amazing sometimes mediocre.Usually decent, the only problems I have had is with trying to order unsweetened tea. 50% of the time they bring sweetened tea. And DD offers you less than you paid as a refund. A pain, but usually can get a bigger refund if you dispute. But it takes time that is the reason for 4 stars.

    This was the first time using DoorDash and of course I have been craving a muffalata. I usually get a half or whole uncooked Ham that way I can heat it up and it’s perfect. The Driver was wonderful, Food excellent. It was nice not having to pay for delivery thank you!

    It’s very convenient. I use it a lot to send food to my girl while I’m at work. But the price hiking is insane. So most of the time if I’m ordering for my self I don’t even bother using door dash and I get my lazy butt up and drive.

    Door dash is expensive as heck and the stores take forever to get your order out. Wish the prices for ordering was a little cheaper.

    My husband and I have been customers for several years now with overall good service. It has been a good go to when tired and hungry. So, on Monday 4/29, we ordered from a local eatery and received our food as expected. The bag was intact and our order slip was stapled to the front. However, when we opened the bag, it was someone else’s order. Two entrees like us with that customers name on each item. We promptly notified DoorDash through the app. Clicking through the options that matched the mistake that happened with our order and attaching pictures. Within seconds we got a response back that our request for a refund was “declined” without any reason provided. Then we had to search for a customer service number as none is provided in the app. We called and spoke with a representative who told us it would need to go for review and we should have a response within 24 hours. They sent us an email to complete and we reattached pictures. Well it is Wednesday 5/1, no response and no refund. Joe and Melissa
